2012 VISTA Residential Conference "New Directions for Success"
May 20th - 22nd , 2012 at Balgownie Estate Vineyard and Spa, Yarra Valley, Victoria
The conference theme “New Directions for Success” explores strategies connecting VET providers (including Adult Community Education providers) with industry and community partners to support people to productive work opportunities. Key speakers include The Hon Peter Hall (Minister for Higher Education and Skills); Kym Peake (Deputy Secretary Skills Victoria); Robin Shreeve (CEO Skills Australia); Michael Pascoe (Economics commentator); Tom Karmel (CEO NCVER); Hugh Guthrie (VU); Sian Lewis (ACFE); Bryan Dawe (political commentator and satirist) and over 16 practitioner led workshops to choose from!
