Service Skills Australia represents an extensive range of industry sectors, including retail and wholesale, sport, fitness, community recreation, outdoor recreation, travel, tours, meetings and events, accommodation, restaurants and catering, caravans, hairdressing, beauty, floristry, community pharmacy and funeral services.
As well as reviewing and maintaining industry training packages, to ensure they reflect the latest industry practices, Service Skills Australia has a broader role in promoting skills and workforce development in the service industries.
